Appetizers: Domestic cheese and sausage display with crackers,
bourbon/bbq glazed meatballs, applewood bacon wrapped water chestnuts

Dinner: Buffet to include chicken marsala, swedish meatballs, egg noodles,
homemade mashed potatoes, mixed roasted vegetables, fresh fruit, tossed
salad with a variety of dressings and bakery rolls & butter

Dessert: Assorted miniature desserts to include cheesecakes,
cupcakes, dessert bars, brownies, cream puffs,
chocolate covered strawberries and other chef choices

Accommodations can be made for gluten free and vegetarian.
